Member-Get-A-Member Guidelines

  • The Nominator and Nominee must use the official MGM application. Please make sure the Nominator’s name appears on the application. This will ensure the shipment of the throw.
  • Nominators may nominate as many eligible candidates during the campaign, using a MGM application for each nominee. (Nominations will not accumulate from year to year.)
  • Nominators will be recognized in an early 2010 issue of Chemical & Engineering News and listed on the MGM website.
  • Nominees for membership can be former members who left the Society in 2007 or before.
  • Once a Nominee has been accepted for membership and has paid her/his dues, the Nominator will be shipped the Periodic Table of the Elements Throw. Please note deliveries can not be made to post office boxes.
