From energy to national security to medicinal R&D, scientists will share important research advances through the meeting’s technical sessions featuring more than 7,000 papers. Programming is planned by the Society’s president, 34 technical divisions that cover all scientific fields, secretariats that focus on multidisciplinary programming, and ACS committees. The overarching multidisciplinary theme for this meeting is "Chemistry and Global Security: Challenges and Opportunities."
