Committee on Technician Affairs (CTA)

Since it was established in 1964, CTA’s main goal has been to promote the professionalism of chemical technicians. CTA has played an active role within the ACS to:

• Raise public awareness about the value of technicians to society
• Highlight the relevance of technicians to ACS
• Highlight the relevance of ACS to technicians
