2010 Booth Sales - Now Open

The ACS will host two national expositions in 2010, the Spring 2010 ACS National Exposition on March 21–25, 2010, in San Francisco, CA and the Fall 2010 ACS National Exposition on August 22-26, 2010, in Boston, MA.

General booth sales for the 2010 ACS National Expositions are now open to our 2009 exhibitors. General booth sales will open for all other companies in November 2009. Follow these four easy steps to secure your booth(s).

1. Review the booth fees and payments, booth specifications, and exhibitor policies for the 2010 National Expositions.
2. Visit the ACS Exposition’s spring online floor plan and fall online floor plan to view the available booth options.
3. Call-in to 202-872-4553 or 1-800-227-5558, ext. 4553 to make your booth reservation(s). If you are unable to call-in, send your top 10 booth selections in order of preference to Vanessa Johnson-Evans at expo@acs.org. She will work with you to select your location.
4. After your booth sale is completed, an electronic acknowledgement of the contract’s terms and conditions will be required. Your booth space will not be considered final and you will not be permitted to set up your booth without receipt of the signed acknowledgment and booth payment within the specified deadlines.
