On April 7-11, 2013, over 15,000 chemists, academics, students, and other professionals met in New Orleans, LA, to address one of the most important issues of our time: The relationship between chemistry and food in our society. It was a great success, and we would like to thank all of you: Staff, exhibitors, presenters, attendees and participants for making this possible.
