ACS Climate Science Toolkit

Climate Science Narratives & Presentations

Tell Us What You Think

The contents of this part of the ACS Climate Science Toolkit are designed to provide ideas and materials you can adopt and adapt for use in engaging in deliberative discourse on climate science with colleagues, teachers at all levels, industrial scientists, business leaders, civic and religious groups, professional science and educational organizations, and elected public officials in all levels and branches of government. Instead of providing individual resources tailored to each of these possible audiences, we hope these more general narratives, written in language appropriate for an audience of non-scientists, will spark your creative use of the climate science concepts from the Toolkit as well as insights you have gained from any further study.

Use this list of narrative vignettes/scripts to navigate to those that could be helpful. Some also contain figures and/or data that might or might not be suitable for a particular audience. Use your good judgment to decide what sort of graphics from this module or the rest of the Toolkit could be useful in your presentations.
