GCI Developing and Emerging Nations Grants Program
The GCI-DEN Grant will not be offered in 2009.
The Green Chemistry Institute-Developing and Emerging Nations Grants Program (GCI-DEN) provides small seed grants to individuals or groups sponsored by a GCI international chapter(s) to promote Green Chemistry in developing/emerging nations over a three-year period. The purpose of the GCI-DEN Program is two-fold:
- To assist in building Green Chemistry capacity in developing/emerging nations.
- To build collaborations and lasting relationships between GCI chapters in developing/emerging nations.
The GCI-DEN Program is made possible through the generous funding and support of the IUPAC Chemical Research Applied to World Needs Future Actions Committee. The three-year program period has ended; GCI-DEN grants will not be offered in 2009.
Visit the ACS Green Chemistry Institute® for information and resources on sustainability.
