  Oversees the application and selection process of Project SEED I and II programs.
• Subcommittee on Scholarships
  Oversees the Project SEED college scholarship program.
• Subcommittee on Planning
  Oversees the short and long-range planning for Project SEED
• Subcommittee on Public Awareness
  Identifies and pursues opportunities to increase the visibility of Project SEED
• Subcommittee on Special Projects
  Ad hoc projects initiated by the Project SEED committee. Among its current ongoing activities is the Geographic Growth Program.
