Payments for ACS National Expositions

2010 Booth Fees

ACS will charge $2,300 per (10’x10’) space for the 2010 expositions, with a $200 surcharge for corner booths. First-time exhibitors who have never exhibited at an ACS National Exposition will receive a 25% discount on their booth fees.

After you have made your booth selection, an electronic acknowledgement of the contract’s terms and conditions will be required. Your booth space will not be considered final without the acknowledgement and booth payment within the specified deadlines, and you will not be able to set-up your booth without the stated requirements.

2010 Payments & Cancellations

Any request to cancel or change your booth space after your initial space reservation must be put in writing and sent to ACS Expositions (fax: 202-872-4410; email: expo@acs.org; or mail: American Chemical Society Expositions, 1155 Sixteenth Street NW, Washington DC 20036).

Payments and cancellations will be handled according to established ACS practices. These terms are specified on the rear of your booth space contract for each exposition.

Spring 2010 Exposition (San Francisco, CA)

  • Booth space reserved on or before January 4, 2010: Full payment is due within 30 days of the contract.
  • Booth space reserved after January 4, 2010: Full payment is due at the time of the booth reservation.
  • Cancellations received on or before January 4, 2010: ACS shall refund the entire paid rental fee. For cancellations after January 4, 2010, ACS shall retain 100% of the paid rental fee.

Fall 2010 Exposition (Boston, MA)

  • Booth space reserved on or before April 19, 2010: Full payment is due by May 5, 2010.
  • Booth space reserved after April 19, 2010: Full payment is due at the time of booth reservation.
  • Cancellations received on or before May 5, 2010: ACS shall refund the entire paid rental fee. For cancellations received after May 5, 2010, ACS shall retain 100% of the paid rental fee.
