ACS posts first National Chemistry Week podcasts in English and Spanish

In celebration of National Chemistry Week (NCW), Oct. 19-25, the American Chemical Society has produced four entertaining and educational podcasts for young listeners. They are the first such podcasts provided in both English and Spanish. The topics revolve around the theme of Having a Ball with Chemistry and include artificial turf, improved athletic gear, chemistry of sweat and swimsuit science.

These podcasts are part of an ongoing series for young people, called Bytesize Science, which reports on discoveries in science, health, medicine, energy, food and other topics.
