• Invite a guest speaker to a club meeting (contact your local section, a nearby Student chapter, or a chemical technician affiliate).
• Spark a discussion using ChemMatters magazine.

Outside the Classroom

• Volunteer in your community! Participate in the Adopt-A-Stream Program, plan a Blood Drive, or conduct experiments at a local elementary school for National Chemistry Week or Earth Day.
• Take a trip to a local science museum.
• Visit a local laboratory, or attend a chemistry class at a nearby college.
• Conduct a fundraiser to help support the activities of your club.
• Attend a lecture through the ACS Speaker Series. Contact your ACS local section for tour information.
