Purpose: This award is for an outstanding Ph.D. thesis accepted by a US or Canadian university during the three year period prior to the award year.
Eligibility: The award is for an outstanding Ph.D. thesis accepted by a US or Canadian university during the three-year period beginning September 1st, three years ago, to August 31st of the current year. Previous years' nominations may be renewed or appended with an updated letter of nomination.
