Subcommittee Structure

Committee on Economic and Professional Affairs (CEPA)

The Committee structure consists of six standing subcommittees. The Committee sets policies for all programs and services initiated by the subcommittees.

Employment Services Keith Vitense Guide DCS in providing high quality employment services for ACS members who are seeking jobs
Program Development Lisa Balbes Develop new programs and services to address economic and professional needs and trends
Professional Services Pat Barber Continuously monitor and improve programs and career services to assist members in enhancing and managing their careers
Standards and Ethics Sharon Haynie Identify and monitor workplace issues and employer/employee relationships
Surveys Anne Gaffney Monitor, evaluate, and provide information on employment and workforce trends
Public Policy Lynne Greenblatt Provide an interface between CEPA, the Board of Directors, and OLGA on workforce issues that can benefit from changes in public policy
