Local Section Management
Leadership is vital to the success of a local section as well as ACS. Our goal is to develop and attract leaders with the skills necessary for promoting sustainable activities and programs that foster member volunteerism and ensure value and satisfaction to our members.
To assist in this task, ACS has put together a package of informational resources from which Local Section Officers can draw to better carry out the responsibilities of their positions.

The ACS Board Oversight Group on Leadership Development will present the course: “Involving Volunteers” at the 2007 Western and Southeast Regional meetings to help you overcome these barriers.
