Registration & Social Event Ticket Cancellations/Refunds

Registration Cancellations/Refunds:

All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and accompanied with returned badge credentials that are received by ACS by April 2, 2008. Cancellations made in this manner will entitle the registrant to a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Send a copy of your original registration confirmation, your badge credentials, and your cancellation request via mail or fax to:

If you wish to cancel before you receive your badge credentials, contact the Registration Call Center for further instructions. U.S. and Canadian registrants can call toll-free at (800) 251-8629 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern), and international registrants can call (508) 743-0192 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern). Refund requests made after April 2, 2008 will not be honored. All refunds will be issued via the same method used for payment. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.

Social Event Ticket Cancellations/Refunds:

Social event ticket cancellations must be submitted in writing and accompanied by returned tickets that are received by ACS by April 2, 2008. Registrants should return their social event tickets to

If you wish to cancel before you receive your tickets, contact the Registration Call Center for further instructions. U.S. and Canadian registrants can call toll-free at (800) 251-8629 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern), and international registrants can call (508) 743-0192 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern). No refunds will be made if your refund request and accompanying returned social event tickets are received after April 2, 2008. If you wish to resell your ticket at the meeting, we suggest that you contact the event’s host to inquire whether they have a waiting list; however, there is no guarantee of a resale or a refund. All refunds will be issued via the same method used for payment. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.

Abstract Cancellations/Refunds: Abstract CD-ROMs and shipping are non-refundable.
