Accommodation Information from August 7 to August 21

• The ACS Housing Connection will be closed and unable to make any reservations, changes, cancellations, or payment modifications after August 7 at 5:00 PM MDT.
• Any remaining ACS rooms will be released, and hotels may charge higher rates for available rooms. Contact the hotels directly for any new reservations.
• Hotels will download individual reservations and credit card guarantees on July 25. Wait a few days before contacting the hotel directly to make any changes, cancellations, or payment modifications. Hotels may elect to charge up to a $25 fee for any rooms cancelled after July 25.
• Be sure to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid having the hotel charge one night’s room and tax to your credit card. Be sure to arrive on your confirmed arrival date. Penalties for early departures and late arrivals may be enforced and vary by hotel, so call your hotel for details.

On-Site Housing Assistance in Philadelphia

• Contact your hotel directly for any customer service questions.
• During the meeting, an on-site housing desk will be available at Pennsylvania Convention Center to assist with last-minute housing changes or needs.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Pennsylvania Convention Center and various hotels.

Meeting Locations

During the Philadelphia meeting, Attendee Registration, the National Exposition, ACS Career Fair, poster sessions and many technical sessions will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. There will be a Satellite Registration (credit card payments only) at the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center. Additional technical sessions will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Doubletree, Sheraton Philadelphia City Center, Hilton Garden Inn and the Loews.
